With a full dressing room, light and sound system, box office, concession area, parking for 40 cars (and plenty more on the street) and full stage and seating for 120, we would love to host your event.

We rent by the day or by the week.

Thank you for your interest in renting our venue. Below are the current rental rates and policies for events, productions, and a la carte services. Please review the following information carefully and contact us with any questions or to request a quote tailored to your needs.

Event Rentals

Weddings, Retirement Parties, Corporate Events

$75/hour | $250 minimum (deposit required)

Includes an on-site representative for liability purposes only. Does not include front-of-house (FOH) support.

Production Rentals

Theatrical or Performance-Based Use

Building Overhead Fee: $100/day, 3-day minimum | $300 (deposit required)

Includes:

  • (1) Key to the space
  • Keyboard and amp
  • (2) handheld microphones and mic stands
  • Music stands
  • Projection screen and projector
  • Access to green room
  • Designated Board Member on Duty for FOH services

A La Carte Services

Box Office / Ticket Sales: $2 per ticket sold

Marketing Support:

Social media campaigns and email blasts – cost of requested campaign to be confirmed with Marketing Manager and billed accordingly

Note: Creation of marketing materials is the responsibility of the renting party

Technical Support:

Sound Operator (mic on/off only): $50 per performance

Lighting Operator (basic on/off cues): $50 per performance

Pipe & Drape: Size and Pricing to be confirmed with Building Manager

Additional Rental Items (e.g. cyclorama, geysers, haze machines, body-pack mics, props, costumes, etc.): Please inquire for availability and pricing.

Note: Any technical needs beyond turning equipment on/off require an independent technical contract arranged by the renter.

Community Partner Discount Program

One-time seasonal charge: $100 up-front charge

Benefits include:
  • Preferred pricing (50% off rental fees; does not include a la carte services)
  • Waived up-front deposit
  • Priority Scheduling

Co-Production

60%/40% Split of Ticket Revenue between OCTA (60%) and Renter (40%)

Benefits include:
  • Box Office/Ticket Sales, Marketing Support, Technical Support, and full FOH Support
  • Pipe & Drape and Additional Rental Items subject to availability

Marketing materials and Technical needs beyond basic on/off are the responsibility of the renting party – Designer List available upon request

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. To ensure fairness and clarity for all parties, the following cancellation policy below applies to all venue rentals.

Deposits are refundable on a tiered basis

Cancellation more than 30 days prior

Full Refund

Cancellation 14 days to 30 days prior

50% Refund

Cancellation less than 14 days prior

No Refund

Case by Case

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule an event are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to availability and administrative fees.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of God), cancellations or rescheduling will be handled with flexibility and fairness. Full or partial refunds may be issued depending on the situation.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please email us if you need to cancel an event.
