Reservation Policies
Below you will find the reservation policies for our three ticket types – season subscriptions, general admission, and flex passes. Please reach out to us with any questions.
Season Ticket Holders
Season Subscriptions are our true subscription model. You’ll secure your seat for all five Mainstage productions up front. This option is the lowest price per ticket we offer, and is perfect for those who want the full season experience and the best possible access. Season Subscribers receive:
- Earliest access to seat selection
- Discounts on second-stage events
- Eligibility for the Buddy Award ballot and personalized name plates
- A price that remains unchanged
Season Ticket Pricing
Flex Pass
$80 - 4 anytime tickets
Single Season Subscription
$80 - 5 tickets, 1 for each production
Double Season Subscription

Flex Passes
Flex Passes are built for flexibility. You’ll receive a code valid for four tickets that can be used however you choose—across different shows, for multiple seats at one performance, or even as a group discount option. Flex Passes do not include the additional perks that come with a Season Subscription (discounts to second-stage shows, buddy award ballots, nameplates, etc.).

Accessibility
Our theatre is wheelchair accessible and has several options for those with low mobility and hearing or vision loss. We also have armless seats for those patrons who require a little more room.
OCTA offers ASL interpreted performances for every mainstage show. We offer interpreters seated near the auditorium-right section on the second Sunday of each season show. Additional information about interpreter performances can be found on individual event pages.
Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket refunds and exchanges are subject to the discretion of OCTA’s Board of Directors. Generally, refunds will be issued for tickets cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Ticket exchanges may be requested up to 24 hours after the patron’s originally scheduled performance, subject to availability. OCTA reserves the right to make exceptions to these guidelines when circumstances warrant.
